Welcome to the member-only forums.  Introduce yourself! Have fun and participate! Feel free to add your runs in the calendar (link is in the menu bar above) or hop on someone else's. If you want to join an existing run, you can respond in the events forum. You can also just show up but the runners may not wait for you if you don't RSVP and are late.

NOTE: If you want email notification of new board posts, click on the "notify" in EACH board index.  This is epecially usefull in the Event index so you will get emails of all new runs posted.  If you want email alerts on a specific topic, click on "notify" when you are in that topic.  Please ask if you have any questions!
